Always greeted with a friendly hello when walking in. They are helpful in finding a specific book or unique gift item as well. We need to support small businesses like Book People!

I stopped into book people with a need of a book that was "a love story that is fictional but historically correct." without a second thought the sales woman had a great suggestion for me as well as offering other authors in that category as well. What great knowledge of their product ! I am beyond pleased with the service i got there!

Love buying from these people! A good friend of ours in MI referred us a book online on Lyme Disease (nasty ticks). Yes, online its readily available BUT.....its also available from these fine folks and they are locally owned! Pricing is HIGHLY competitive as well! Support Sioux City locally owned business....it helps more than most realize!

I love this book store. I do a lot of ereading, but come here for gifts for all my family. The luxury candle and lotions are also fabulous. My nieces love the books from here and I enjoy browsing. The staff is also great at recommending selections.

Great place to find any book you are looking for. If they don’t have it they will get it for you. I have taken in or called to see if they could get a series of books for me and they have always came through with flying colors. The people that work there are fantastic. Go visit with them you won’t be disappointed and you are working with a local business.

Book People is a great place to browse books and gifts. I especially love the children's section - so many beautifully illustrated picture books! Ordering online through the shop's website is very easy. They also give customers a $5 gift card for every $50 spent.

This tiny little bookstore is too cute. I went to buy a couple new books to enjoy during this chilly weather and did not leave empty handed! The selection is small, but mighty. They had relevant/new books and some classics as well. It's a small town with limited stores so the size seems just right for the community. The woman at the desk was helpful with my questions and left me to browse in peace afterwards. Great shop! I recommend! & The boys 😺 approve too!
